CMD+Z Event Policies, Terms & Conditions

Cancellation, Refunds & Ticket Transfers

Cancellation Fees: A processing fee of $25 for creative passes (and $15 for student passes) will be deducted from any cancelled registration.
Deadlines for Refunds: No refunds will be granted for ticket cancellations after August 24.
Ticket Transfers: You may transfer your ticket(s) to another individual until August 24. Please note that if a ticket is transferred from a student pass to a creative pass, the recipient must pay the difference in the ticket price.
Event Contingency: In the unexpected event that Creative Union is unable to host CMD+Z on the original date, or if the event is cancelled for a specific year, your ticket will be held as a credit and will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you choose not to attend on the newly selected date, you will have a 15-day window following our official announcement to request a full refund.

Code of Conduct

The CMD+Z Code of Conduct is established to guarantee a secure, supportive, and respectful environment for everyone involved.

Creative Union serves as a hub where local creatives gather to exchange ideas, share inspiration, cultivate professional growth, and champion the impact of the creative industry. At CMD+Z, we are dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for every attendee, regardless of gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion. This policy applies to all participants, including attendees, speakers, sponsors, partners, and volunteers.

Harassment includes, but is not limited to: deliberate intimidation, stalking, unapproved tracking, non-consensual photography or recording, continuous disruption of presentations, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

Anyone asked to halt harassing behaviour is expected to comply immediately. Creative Union reserves the right to expel individuals violating these rules from the venue without warning or refund.

If you feel this Code of Conduct has been violated, or if you witness concerning behaviour, please report it immediately to an event staff member or volunteer at the event registration desk. You can also reach our team via email at hello@creativeunion.club.

Media Consent: Notice of Filming and Photography

Please be advised that professional photography and video recording will take place throughout CMD+Z. By entering the event premises and participating, you acknowledge and consent to your likeness being captured in these photos and videos. Creative Union reserves the right to use this media for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes across both print and digital channels.
