Membership


  1. Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and engaged in creative professions.

  2. Membership Fees: Membership fees are charged on a monthly or annual basis, as selected by the member. All fees are non-refundable.

  3. Account Security: Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.

  4. Termination: Creative Union reserves the right to terminate memberships at its discretion, without prior notice, for any violation of these terms.


Use of Services


  1. Content: Members may post, share, and contribute content to the Creative Union platform. By doing so, members grant Creative Union a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute this content.

  2. Prohibited Activities: Members are prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to harassment, fraud, and the distribution of harmful or inappropriate content.

  3. Event Participation: Members are encouraged to participate in events, workshops, and gatherings. Creative Union is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage that may occur during these events.


Intellectual Property


All content and materials available on the Creative Union platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Creative Union and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.


Limitation of Liability


Creative Union will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.


Changes to Terms


Creative Union reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
